• By First class for orders with the total weight less then 1,7kg. It usually takes 1-4 working days.

By City Link

• By City Link Next Day delivery service for orders with the total weight more then 1,7kg. It usually takes 1 working day.

By Our Courier (Greater London Area)

The deliveries take place on Saturdays and Sundays. We will contact you in advance to agree time of the delivery. The price depends on the total amount of your order and your postcode. Please see below.

Payment methods

·         Preferred payment for ordered goods is by credit or debit card using the PayPal payment system.

·         You may pay by cheque or money transfer to our company bank account.

·         You may make a cash payment on delivery. (Payments in cash will be collected by the courier, and is applicable for the Greater London area only).

Deliveries

·         Nationwide deliveries will be made via Royal Mail (Next Day Special Delivery and 1st class mail).

·         All London-based deliveries (within M25) are covered by our courier service (using morevsego.co.uk),  delivered the following weekend (Saturday or Sunday).

London is divided into 3 delivery zones (please see the schematic map below)

If your postal code is not included in the list above, our system cannot automatically recognize it, therefore our courier will not be able to deliver the order. We encourage you to choose the postal delivery option. If this is unsuitable, please contact us so that we could arrange a special delivery using morevsego.co.uk or other delivery services. The delivery charge may differ in this case.

Postal Deliveries

If you have paid for the order via PayPal, we usually dispatch the order on the next working day.

The description of each product in our online shop indicates the available delivery type(s): either by post (nationwide), or by courier. Please bear in mind that we do not post products with a short use-by date, nor items that are easily breakable. If the description of the product does not include the option “Post” under the section “Delivery”, or the detailed depiction of the item indicates “No” in the same line with the phrase “Delivery method, UK National Post”, this means we cannot post that item. If your order includes at least one item that cannot be delivered by post, then your entire order cannot be delivered by post. The web system will warn you about this, and it will be up to you to either remove such item(s) from your shopping cart, or to choose another method of delivery. In special cases we can arrange the delivery of short use-by date or breakable products nationwide. Please contact us with such request well in advance.
