How to browse the products on MoreVsego.co.uk site

On the left hand side of the page you will see a vertically displayed list of product categories (Russian Food, Russian Drinks, Books in Russian, Russian Music, The Press, Russian Language, Russian Souvenirs, etc.). Please choose the category of your interest. The subcategory list will now be displayed, so that you can choose a specific product from that particular subcategory. If you want to jump to another category, simply click on the one you like. Should you click on the photo-image of any product or its title, you will be forwarded to the page describing the indicated product in detail.

Log-in

NB: BROWSE THE PRODUCTS FIRST, REGISTER, AND MAKE YOUR PAYMENT AFTERWARDS.

The process of registration (for new users) and the log-in (existing customers) is carried out straight after your shopping basket is filled and you proceed to the checkout. You can start choosing products and add them to your basket without accessing your account first or opening a new account.

How to shop

To purchase items, you will have to add every product of your interest to the shopping basket by pressing “Add to basket”. You can view your basket and look through its contents at any time. To do this, please click on the image of the shopping basket or press the “Go to basket” link at the top right-hand side corner of the web site.

Registration and Log-in

To complete your purchase, it is necessary to register as it is essential for us to know who and where to deliver the ordered goods. While viewing the contents of your basket, if you are satisfied with your order, you can press “Proceed to checkout” which will then forward you to the registration page.

If you are already an existing customer of MoreVsego.co.uk online shop, at this stage you would enter your e-mail address (name of your account) and your password, and then log in.

If you are a new customer, it will be required to complete all the sections in the online registration form. Please enter all data in English.

E-mail. Please enter your current e-mail address, including the @ and all extensions. This is the e-mail address where a link to complete your registration will be sent automatically. If you are using web-based email, you will need to use a new browser window to check your e-mail inbox and click on the link supplied via our system. This is a compulsory procedure, and without this your account will not be activated.

Password. Your password should contain numbers and letters only, and should be 6-12 symbols long.

Delivery Address. This should be a full UK address.
Post Code. Please provide your full and correct UK post code, using space between two parts of the post code.

Telephone Number. Please give us your 11-digit telephone number (UK operators), which should be used by our delivery team to contact you in order to confirm the date/time of the delivery. It is particularly important for all London based deliveries.

All accounts with incorrect or non-existing addresses/telephone numbers will be deleted. If you have made a mistake and entered incorrect information, the system will display a warning message.

After the system confirms your e-mail (it will happen as soon as you press on the link in the message, sent to you by the system of MoreVsego.co.uk), you will then have to go back to the registration page and log-in as a registered user. To do this, please enter your e-mail address and the password in the two windows, named “Have you shopped with MoreVsego.co.uk before?” If your details are correct, the system then will automatically transfer you to the “Check Out”.

The system will keep all selected items in your shopping basket, so there is no need to add the products to the basket once again.

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, please enter your e-mail address and click “Forgot your password?”. Your password will be automatically e-mailed to you.

Language

MoreVsego.co.uk internet shop uses two languages – Russian and English. In order to switch languages, please press the appropriate button at the top right corner of the page.

To search the site, please enter the keyword in either Russian or English in the search window at the top right corner of the page. Press “Search” to proceed.
